During a routine colonoscopy, rectal cancer was found in Tim. In doing more tests and scans (PET) they have also found that it has metastasized to the liver. Tim had a bioposy of the liver done on Thursday, July 3.
At this time we are just waiting for all tests to be done and meet with appropriate doctors and surgeons to see what course of action will be set up.
We will see Dr. Rouch at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis on Friday, July 11.
In the meantime, we are waiting on the birth of our first granddaughter today! Marlene is in the hospital today, July 7.
